When it comes to business consultancy, it can be of vital importance to make sure that things are tailored to suit the needs and goals of that company. It is no good offering package business solutions to struggling companies looking for change if it doesn't align with their various needs and specifications. Maurice Roussety, Meet the Man Behind the Brains

The World Of Australian Business

Find out more About Maurice Roussety here. Maurice Roussety's life was never an easy one, and he knows better than most how to overcome hurdles in his life. He was 13 when his mum made the courageous move to Australia. He attended Chandler High school, a small public school in Noble Park, and had little English, spoke with a very strong French accent, played soccer (rather than Aussie rules) dark in complexion, dressed differently and was taller than the average 13 year-old. What a freak …. was the look he got from his class mates and teachers alike? In those earlier days, migrants like me were few and far between, at least at Chandler High. He was always different at school and was never really accepted. Sometimes he felt like ending it all.

In the world of Australian business, Maurice Roussety is somewhat of a household name. He has become renown as being one of the leading business experts in the company today, having worked with some of the country's biggest names in private and public sector. What is perhaps most impressive about Maurice Roussety's achievements is the sheer vastness of his business knowledge, having key insights in areas from franchising and globalization, to kick starting business and strategic leadership. It has made him a versatile and focused individual sought after for his analytical insight in to helping businesses succeed in the modern age.

However, Maurice Roussety went on to build a substantial consulting business, studied Economics and Commerce, completed to Masters’ degrees and a PhD. However, his achievements taught him very little about life and it vagaries. His biggest learning came late in life when Maurice's world fell apart, fell in a dark hole and hit rock bottom, maybe even a few meters below. He lost everything- his family, his reputation, him finances and his will to go on. Guess what though, he dug deep, dug himself out of that dark hole and now dig the business of life. He uses his public speaking as a great opportunity to share this inspiring story with his audiences. He never gave up, and used these hard times in life to inspire him on a path to success. Maurice Roussety - Inspiring Business Growth With Experience

Experience Matters

If you'd like to find out more about Antoine Roussety, Change Implementation on a Global Scale, then visit the following page in bold.

For two decades Maurice Roussety has established himself as one of the most innovative and insightful business minds in the Australian business scene. With a PhD in business and economics, he has a uniquely insightful academic approach to consulting businesses, working with some of the country's largest and most reputable brands in both the private and public sector. He also works in the capacity as a public speaker for businesses, where he gives lectures and keynotes on some of the most pressing areas of business today. He uses his experience, knowledge and a heart-warming personal story to inspire motivation and information in all the audiences he encounters. Here we'll take a look at some of his areas of expertise.

One of his keynotes is on the topic of kick starting start-up business. It is a half-day interactive seminar that teaches the necessary skills to build a Lean Canvas. The twelve building blocks of articulating market segments, pain points, market differentiators, market penetrators, market share, revenue targets, risk mitigants and risk signals are carefully examined. Various templates and instruments are provided to assist in the creation of a Lean Canvas. This speech is ideal for entrepreneurs involved in Start-ups and KickStarter campaign funding.

For his PhD, Maurice Roussety focused on the area of franchising, making him one of the country's leading experts on the subject. He gives a half-day seminar on how franchise systems can structure their agreements to address the problem of goodwill in end of term or exit events. The business imperative of balancing legal and economic risk, independence has caused different franchise business models to evolve and mutate into complex; and at times legally and commercially ambiguous structures. These structures generally allow franchisees to access a mix of proprietary and contracted assets so that franchisers can maximize control and revenues. In other words, franchisees trade payments to franchisers for a stream of future financial benefits. In these instances, the franchisee’s entitlements to both proprietary and contractual assets need to be identified, determined and valued. This session will benefit executives of franchise systems of all sizes.

Antoine Maurice Roussety, Entrepreneurs are our future

For Antoine Maurice Roussety, inspiring entrepreneurs to think conceptually about their brand or franchise is one of the essential components for any successful and sustainable company. Indeed, when it comes to making a franchising business truly profitable, financial and marketing expert Dr. Maurice Roussety knows exactly the methodologies and strategies that need to be implemented. Dr. Roussety studied Economics and Accounting at Monash University, and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Leadership from the University of New England in New South Wales. Throughout his life, Dr. Roussety has proved himself one of the most renowned business analysts and strategists in Australia. Moreover, he has been consulted by some of Australia's premier brands, including Westpac, Optus, IAG, ACCC, Australia Post, and Coles Myer. And to each has significantly added to their net worth.

As Antoine Maurice Roussety states, “I strongly believe that in terms of business success, many people look at the numbers and statistics that outline a company or organization’s revenues, assets, profits, and growth. While of course these numbers are important, assessing the true value of a business is actually far more complex, especially in cases when a business unit is sold or changes ownership. Why is it that two seemingly identical businesses sell for different amounts or are valued differently? The answer lies in evaluating the goodwill associated with each business

Crucially, Antoine Maurice Roussety believes in building business on solid customer satisfaction foundations. “Goodwill in business, specifically in franchise-operated companies, is something about which I have extensive knowledge. Franchising is a highly refined business model in Australia, and many franchise models comprise a blend of innovative structures that inevitably create contractual and relational complexities.” Indeed, for Antoine Roussety, overcoming adversity necessitates focusing on these complexities as a whole. “One of these complexities is the significance of goodwill in franchise-operated businesses. In general terms, goodwill is defined as the benefit and advantage of the good name and reputation of a business - the driving force behind attracting and retaining customers. Goodwill plays a key role in franchising business arrangements, since a well-recognized and reputable trademark can become a business asset of immense value.

“In franchising, a franchisor can create goodwill by building a successful brand through marketing plans and good advertising practice and innovation. The successful brand can then be utilized by all franchisees to further enhance the goodwill and, hopefully, add value to the network of the business. In this sense, brand development is one of the most important strategies for gaining and promoting a high level of goodwill. Goodwill can also be protected by obtaining a trademark registration for the trading name or style and logos of the franchise, as well as the artistic work that goes along with the company’s brand. In a research paper,” believes Dr Roussety.

Maurice Antoine Roussety, How Franchising Works

As the Maurice Antoine Rousetty Official Account on Issuu explicitly documents, helping companies achieve demonstrable and sustainable success lies at the very core of his business philosophy. Indeed, those who give the best advice are usually those who have had similar experiences in their lives with similar problems you may be facing. Such people are better able to assess situations and offer solutions because of their personal experience, and this inevitably leads to understanding the possible outcomes based on their own expert knowledge. This is what business consulting is all about. Business consultants work with clients on strategy, planning, and problem solving. They assist clients develop the crucial business skills and knowledge that will enable them to increase their company’s growth and profitability over a long-term period.

As Maurice Antoine Rousetty reveals, “Another reason I have been able to help businesses achieve success is because I am confident in the effectiveness of my approach. There are no outside sources influencing my decisions – I am purely driven by the needs of my clients and my desire to help them reach their goals. I am deeply committed to enhancing sustained value to organizations of all shapes and sizes, which I achieves by combining lateral and conceptual thinking with structuring complex business arrangements. Today’s business world is much more dynamic than it used to be, which is why I believe a creative but practical approach is the key to defining any business.

Indeed, for Maurice Antoine Roussety, how to turn your company into a franchise is something to which he has given considerable thought. “My approach focuses on three building blocks that can be used to effectively capture the vision of the client: Diagnostic – Strategic – Tactical. In the first step, the Diagnostic process, I implement a broad and systematic review of the existing business model and future plans, and to a lesser extent that of the business’ major rivals. This helps me to  calculate exactly 'what’s going on' in a particular company. The Strategic step is then used to ensure comprehensiveness in the review process by evaluating the business both qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, these steps lead me to a 20-point Tactical plan, which underpins the business’ key objectives and strategies to determine how things should be done to improve overall functionality and profitability,” avers Dr Roussety.

Dr. Maurice Roussety has had the opportunity to be consulted by a number of Australia’s premier brands, including Westpac, Optus, IAG, ACCC, Australia Post, and Coles Myer. His extensive education and expertise in finance, marketing, and management across a variety of industries has directly contributed to his ability to guide companies to business success – indeed, this is something he has been passionate about throughout his entire career. He fully understands that a 'one-size-fits-all'  approach won’t meet the needs of his diverse clientele, and affirms that his adaptability and creativeness have been essential assets in his role as a professional business consultant.

Maurice Antoine Roussety, What Franchising Can Do For Your Business

The United States has a long history of industry and innovation. We are a nation of thought leaders and entrepreneurs with a strong desire to work hard and make it on our own. These goals and motivations are especially difficult in our modern times because the market for business is more competitive than ever before. In business these days, it pays to have larger friends and a leg up in your respective industry. The age of startups was short and bright, but with new companies popping up every day, it pays to turn to alternative options of owning your own business. In this modern economy franchises are some of the strongest business moves that a burgeoning professional can make.

For Dr. Maurice Roussety, reasons to franchise your business are based on adapting to these drastic changes in the market. Dr. Maurice Roussety is a respected academic, accomplished business professional, and expert in the analysis, strategies, and changes of the business world. He holds a number of degrees including undergraduate degrees in Economics and Accounting from Monash University, a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Leadership from the University of New English in New South Wales, as well as a Ph.D. in intellectual property and franchise-business valuation from Griffith University in Queensland.

Maurice Roussety has been studying business for several years, and was the creator of the Franchise Risk Imputation Model (FRIM), which establishes a framework based on two cornerstones: risk-free rate and total risk as measured by the sum of market specific and company specific risks. With these analysis tools, Dr. Maurice Roussety has shown that franchising is one of the best options available to aspiring business owners in the modern market. Franchising allows individuals to minimize the risks associated with starting their own business because it allows them to draw on the resources that a larger “parent” company has. As a public speaker and professional consultant, these findings have motivated Maurice Antoine Roussety to focus on helping businesses in unique ways.

For Dr. Antoine Roussety, guiding companies to business success is the primary goal of his consultancy work. His background in academia and the professional world have given him a unique perspective of the market that businesses desire in shaping their plans for the future. His advice for new professionals is that the current market is much better suited for a resurgence of franchises, rather than continuing with startups.

The idea of being able to drink imported coffee from Brazil while sitting on your Swedish armchair is because globalization. Antoine Maurice Roussety, Consulting: More than Just Giving Advice

Management consulting is a billion dollar business in the United States. A lot of this money goes towards unusable data and impractical recommendations. So what is the best way to ensure that you are getting your money’s worth when you hire a consultant? Firstly, clients need a better understanding of what consultants do. It’s not just about getting advice on how to build-up your clientele, or what products work better than others. Antoine Maurice Roussety, a business consultant from Australia, is reaching new heights in business consulting. He knows that his job requires more than a few pats-on-the-back when he sees good work and doling out advice to entrepreneurs. It is actually made up of several important processes. Some which are never considered by most advice-giving consultants.

Instead of dividing up consultants based on their capability or viewing the method as a sequence of phases – entry, diagnosis, contracting, and so on, a more useful way of evaluating the process is to consider its purposes. Here is a rundown of what to consider: improve organizational effectiveness, facilitate client learning, build consensus and commitment, assist implementation, provide recommendations, conduct diagnosis that may redefine problem, provide solution to given problem, and provide requested information. Consultants are not going to consider every one of these processes. They may feel obligated to stay within the range of a few of them, and not even consider other ones. A great consultant will manage to connect with you and your business on each of these purposes.

Antoine Maurice Roussety is an experienced business consultant who is well-versed in finance, marketing, and management across several fields. His experiences with different clients have given him insight into all of the purposes above and he is able to work successfully with any client. Antoine Maurice Roussety consults and looks at reasons to franchise your business as well. Deciding whether to expand with a franchise or stay small and consistent is a big step for any entrepreneur. Antoine Maurice Roussety has the experience, knowledge, and belief in his clients to help them with consulting, franchising, or any other business need.

Antoine Roussety, Carving Your Place in the Job Market

The concept of the ideal career path has changed drastically in the last generation. Previously, individuals dreamed of completing their undergraduate education, accepting an entry level position, working their way up the corporate ladder, and retiring before the age of seventy. While many still doggedly pursue this “American Dream”, the fact is that the modern job market is so different from that of previous generations that the idea of staying with one company for your entire career just does not make sense anymore. In fact, a recent Pew study found that the average individual in today's’ job market will change careers roughly six times in their life. That is not a change in jobs. That is a complete change in careers spanning various industries, geographic locations, and responsibilities. In such a volatile market, it’s no wonder that many people are struggling to keep their head above water and find adequate employment. If we are to take advantage of the modern job market, we must first understand its inner machinations and use this understanding to our advantage.
Dr. Maurice Antoine Roussety (on Vimeo) has spent decades studying the job market. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from Monash University, a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Leadership from the University of New England in New South Wales, as well as a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property and Franchise Business Valuation from Griffith University in Queensland. This academic background has given him a large-scale picture of the global job market. At the same time, he is an accomplished professional in his own right. He is an expert in finance and marketing and has been consulting with businesses for more than a decade. This work has also given him a deep insight into the minutia of the economy and how they work together.

Balancing a large-scale picture of the global economy with detailed insights from specific businesses, Dr. Maurice Roussety has come to a number of conclusions. The first is that the typical “American Dream” style career is dead. Rather, individuals are now expected to carve out a place in the economy where they can make their livelihood. We must be better at marketing ourselves and we must also take advantage of every opportunity that is presented to us. Modern professionals are expected to have a much more diverse range of skills than ever before and there is no guarantee that their responsibilities and role within a company will remain constant throughout their career.

For Dr. Maurice Roussety (on CrowdRise) this is not a daunting prospect. Rather, the modern job market is quick to respond to individuals with new skills and aspirations for their professional careers.

Dr. Maurice Roussety – Why Business Always Takes Place in the Future

Getting up every morning, getting ready, and then heading into work is one of the only experiences that everyone in the United States over a certain age share. The daily routine of working in order to contribute to society is typically measured on a daily or weekly basis: only a few more days until Friday or a few more weeks until my next vacation. As you travel further up the corporate ladder, you find that individuals are looking beyond the day-to-day tasks of the office. Managers are thinking about scheduling months in advance, documents need to be prepared, processes set in motion. Executives are thinking in terms of years, strategizing how to expand their markets over time or establish their business overseas. It pays to look towards the future in business because it ultimately saves time and money, two things that all companies thrive on. That is why the professional world is so desperate for qualified consultants that can broaden their perspectives on their own industries and businesses.

Dr. Maurice Antoine Roussety (on Vimeo) is not only an academic expert on finance and marketing, he is also an accomplished entrepreneur in his own right. He holds an undergraduate degree from Monash University in Economics. A Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Leadership from the University of New England in New South Wales, as well as a Ph.D. in intellectual property and franchise-business valuation from Griffith University in Queensland. In addition, Dr. Roussety has worked as a consultant with a number of businesses, helping them to understand the modern market and anticipate where their company could potentially be in the future.

According to Dr. Roussety, the time is ripe for a resurgence in the franchising sector. For generations, franchising has been an option for aspiring business owners who wanted to enter the world of business but did not have the resources to do so on their own. They are an important part of global economies. In fact, in Australia franchises generate revenues in excess of $144 billion and directly employ more than 460,000 Australians through over a thousand different franchise systems.

Dr. Maurice Roussety (on CrowdRise) believes that the effects of globalization on modern economies means that it is harder than ever for new businesses to establish themselves. A much better option is to rely on a parent company for their goodwill and reputation as an important driving force in attracting and retaining customers.

Maurice Antoine Roussety, Business Consulting in the Modern Era

The Dr. Maurice Antoine Roussety official account on vimeo gives all viewers an overview of the character of Mr. Roussety. We are speaking here of a man who has devoted the last two decades to helping businesses become successful, and to making successful businesses even more successful. Among the big names he has worked with are Domino’s Pizza, Westpac, James Hardie, Australia Post, Bing Lee, Red Rooster, Optus World, and Coles Myer Liquorland.

Fortunately for businesses in Australia and around the world, Maurice Antoince Roussety is here to provide them with answers, advice, and help. He is an expert at giving his clients the full benefit of his knowledge, which they then can and do use to their advantage.

Antoine Maurice Roussety is Tailoring Consultation for Business Needs. Each business is unique, even if that business is one of many in a single industry. Not all businesses are aware of their individuality, but Mr. Roussety is. Some businesses think that they are in a good position, and maybe they are. Maybe they are making a far greater profit than anyone in the business had dreamed possible. Maybe they are excited and enjoying their success. But it is important to maintain this success, and it is important to know just the right formula to apply.

As stated above, all businesses are different. They have to be, even within the same industry. The differences between each business are what create the potential for the business to grow and succeed, despite often intense competition. Since each business is different, each solution must be different, as well. This brings tremendous peace of mind to businesses, as they know that their solution is simply for their business, and that it will not help – will, rather, often hinder – their competitors.

One similarity shared by all businesses is the need for an independent business consultant. This person, who is new to the company, will come in and do a thorough investigation of the business, its needs, its goals, and its plans for expansion. Working with this information, the business consultant will provide a thorough overview of the business to those running it, with professional recommendations for improvement. This is vital to any business seeking to grow, to expand, or even to keep things as successful as they are right now. Some business owners are not interested in expansion, and this is fine. Keeping things a success, though, is just as important, and this is where Maurice Roussety comes in.

Dr. Maurice Roussety, Why Experts Say Franchising is the Best Option

Arguably the most influential advancement that humanity has experienced in the last few decades is in communication. Recent advances in science and technology have allowed individuals to communicate in ways like never before. The internet was the primary motivator for this rapid change in our society because it allowed people to communicate almost instantaneously, regardless of geographical location. As the use of the internet has spread, it has permeated all aspects of life, not just our personal sides. Professionally, companies and individuals have benefited from the ease of communication that the internet and other smart phones have allowed. This has completely changed the face of international business, leading to rapid growth and an unbelievable amount of competition.

For Dr. Maurice Roussety, preparing businesses for globalization is something that he focuses on as both a business professional and an academic. He has a Masters of Business Administration as well as a Master of Leadership from the University of New English in New South Wales. He also holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property and Franchise-Business valuation from Griffith University in Queensland. He has conducted research in the field of professional finance and business, including his thesis paper, “An Integrated Economic Model for the Evaluation of Franchise Systems – A Synthesis of Agency and Finance Theories.” In addition, he has been working at Griffith University in Queensland, Australia as an Executive Consultant DST Advisory and Lecturer in Small Business, Franchising, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.

According to Dr. Maurice Roussety, one of the biggest shifts that we are currently experiencing has to do with competition in the market place. As businesses are being built internationally, sped up by technology, there is much more competition now than ever before. Despite the fact that the technology boom was quickly followed by thousands of “start up” tech companies around the world, the start up fad is quickly coming to a close and more individuals are turning to less risky endeavors in the global market.

For example, franchises, according to Dr. Roussety, are booming. In Australia alone, franchises generate revenues in excess of $144 billion and directly employ more than 460,000 Australians through over a thousand franchise systems. They are arguably the best avenues for breaking into the business world for modern professionals.
